Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Some items may not be eligible for return (e.g., modification done to the product, custom products, or final sale items).

Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at +65 6316 3373. We will provide instructions for returning your item. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Refunds

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Do take note that there will be a 5% deduction on refund amount.
